Refund policy

Vintage pieces, one-of-a-kind items, and upcycled designs are final sale.
Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of these garments, returns are not accepted. My prices are fair considering their re-sale value and value as a whole so if something does not fit, I encourage re-selling on secondhand reselling platforms. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you need additional details, feel free to message me, I’m always happy to help.

Original Donna Ferro designs (new, designed by me) may be returned (money back) or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Orders not collected within two weeks become final sale.
