Sizing

All items run true to size meaning if an item is marked as a size "S", by default it runs true to size S. If something runs bigger i'll mark it as "S/M" or "M/L" etc. If you have a specific question about a measurement, I am happy to assist. The fastest way to get a reply from me is via instagram DM's.

Returns & Exchanges

Vintage pieces, one-of-a-kind items, and upcycled designs are final sale.
Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of these garments, returns are not accepted. My prices are fair considering their re-sale value and value as a whole so if something does not fit, I encourage re-selling on secondhand reselling platforms. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Original Donna Ferro designs (new designed by me) may be returned (money back) or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all tags.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Orders not collected within two weeks become final sale.

Condition of Vintage Items

All vintage pieces come with natural signs of age, which add to their character. Any notable wear or quirks will be mentioned in the description, but small imperfections are expected.
If you would like more photos or measurements, just ask away- transparency is important to me.

Shipping

Austria: 2-5 business days
Europe: 4-8 business days
International shipping times vary based on destination and customs.

Each order is shipped with care using sustainable or reused/reusable packaging whenever possible.

If you live in a country where shipping isn't provided as an option, reach out so I can add it.

Local Pickup (Vienna)

If you choose local pickup, please contact me to schedule a pick-up time in the 1020 (Praterstraße 52/15+16) Vienna showroom.
Orders not picked up within 14 days become final sale.
